Face-to-face.

In-person workouts ensure that you get the maximum from each session and that exercises are performed with the optimum technique. Recommended if you’re new to training or a feeling a bit rusty!


Video session.

Online sessions give you the flexibility to train wherever you are, but are no less personal. These dedicated hour-long calls guide you step-by-step, demonstrate technique and answer any questions.


Bespoke program.

App-based training programmes suited to people who have access to their own gym and/or equipment. Tailor-made workout plans set a framework for self-training that is designed around you and your goals.

How it works.

Before we get started, I’ll assess your body composition and test your current physical abilities in order to design a training programme that gives you a solid base to start from and a clear plan to progress.

A new routine can be intimidating but I’ll always listen to any concerns, giving support when needed. In addition to guiding you with the right technique, I will make sure you enjoy the sessions and cultivate a passion for staying fit!

To maximise results, I can provide ongoing advice and support to help you meet the goals of your training with your nutrition. Energy in equals energy out! I will help you to achieve your body composition goals through your diet that will leave you feeling better and with more energy. I believe in fitness for all and specialise in fun and accessible training experiences!
